郁李仁、加当归、黄连、黄芩、黄柏、陈皮、三棱、莪术、大黄、牵牛，糊丸服。治湿热湿痰，气实耳聋，
兼治诸气诸积，腹胀痢疾。
神保（丸）一切痛疼，
全蝎七个，巴霜十个，木香、胡椒各二钱半，为末，蒸饼丸麻子大。朱砂为衣，每五七丸。心膈痛，柿
蒂、灯心煎汤下；腹痛，柿蒂、煨姜汤下；血痛，炒姜醋汤下；肺气甚者，以白矾、蛤粉各二钱，黄丹一钱，
同研煎桑白皮、糯米饮下；气小喘，只用桑白皮，糯米饮下；胁不痛，炒茴香酒下；大便不通，蜜汤入槟榔末
一钱下；气噎，木香煎汤下；宿食不消，茶酒浆任下。治诸积气痛，项背注痛，宣通脏腑。
仙传一块气（丸）积。
补骨脂、干漆、干姜、姜黄俱炒，莪术、三棱、玄胡索、木香、砂仁、使君子、五灵脂、人参、白术、
茴香、槟榔、肉豆蔻、丁香、丁皮、茯苓、雷丸、大黄、枳壳、巴豆（炒）各一钱一字，萝卜子（炒）、青皮、
陈皮各五钱，皂角一片，芫花五分，牵牛、大麦芽各炒一两，为末，醋糊丸绿豆大。每三五丸至十丸，茶酒
任下。取积，陈皮煎汤下十五丸；如伤食，就以所伤之物煎汤下。治气喘，心气、膈气、胁气、疝气、腰气、
香港脚、积气。瘴气，兼治不伏水土气，酒食气伤。不思饮食，赤白痢疾，女人干血气，小儿积证，久服治痨瘵
亦效。不助虚阳，不损真气，又能杀虫。
单芙蓉散 用芙蓉叶，有花带花，有子带子，采一朵捣泥烂，将井水滤去渣即效。治男无室，女无夫，思
欲动火，以致胃脘诸痛，自汗，唇红颊赤，脉乱。
噫！勿以喜怒斫元气，养性全功；勿以肠胃暖生冷，保身上策。
气属阳而血属阴，阳有余而阴不足。挟火则必妄行，有郁则便凝蓄，吐血热者四生捣汁，山栀鸡苏兮，古
葛连和膏为丸如梧；
四生丸 生薄荷、生艾叶、生柏叶、生地黄各等分，细捣为丸鸡子大。每一丸，水煎或盐汤化服。治血热
妄行吐衄。
山栀地黄汤 山栀一钱二分，生地、芍药、知母、贝母、栝蒌仁各一钱，天花粉、牡丹皮、麦门冬水煎服。
治痰积热，先痰后血。
鸡苏散 薄荷、黄 、生地、阿胶、贝母、白茅根各五分，桔梗、麦门冬、甘草各二分半，姜煎服。治劳
伤肺经，唾内有血，咽喉不利。
龙脑鸡苏丸 薄荷一斤，麦门冬四两，蒲黄、阿胶各二两，甘草一两半，人参、黄 各一两，为末，银柴
胡、木通各二两，用汤半碗浸二宿取汁，用蜜两斤，炼一二沸，入生地末六两搅匀，入柴木汁慢火熬成膏，然
后将前末同和为丸豌豆大。每二十丸，嚼破熟水下。虚寒烦渴惊悸，人参煎汤下；咳唾叶衄下血，麦门冬煎汤
下；血淋，茅花煎汤调百草霜末下；诸淋，车前子煎汤下。治心中郁热烦渴，凉上膈，解酒毒及诸血发寒热，惊
悸劳烦，咳嗽诸淋，胃热口臭，肺热喉腥，脾疸口甜，胆疸口苦，并皆治之。一方去门冬、参、胶、蒲黄、
木通、柴胡、加荆、防、菊花、片脑、川芎、桔梗，蜜丸，麦门冬煎汤下。
古葛连丸 葛花、黄连各四两为末，用大黄末熬膏为丸梧子大。每百丸温水下，或煎服亦可。治饮酒过多，
热蕴胸膈，以致吐衄。
吐血虚者三黄补血，参柏狗胆兮，好京墨磨蛋化水一掬。
三黄补血汤 熟地一钱，生地、黄 、当归各八分，白芍七分，柴胡、升麻、牡丹皮、川芎各五分，水
煎服。治诸血不止，自汗身热。
加减四物汤 生地、当归、白芍、山栀、牡丹皮、贝母、知母、黄柏、陈皮、白术、甘草、玄参、麦门冬各
等分，水煎服。如身热，加地骨皮、子芩；呕吐血，加知母、石膏以泻胃火；衄咳血，加茅根、黄芩以泻肺火；
唾咯血，加栀、柏及肉桂少许以泻肾火；吐衄不止，加炒黑干姜、柏叶、茜根、大小蓟；便血不止，加槐花、
地榆、百草霜；溺血不止，倍山栀，加车子、小蓟、黄连俱炒焦；诸失血久，加升麻、阿胶、人参，入童便、姜汁、
韭汁。
古参柏糊 沙参、侧柏叶各一钱半，为末，入飞罗面三钱，水调如糊啜服。治男妇九窍血如泉涌。或用生地、
藕节、生梨捣汁，磨京墨徐徐服之；或生姜蘸百草霜含咽；或荆芥烧灰，米饮调服。
狗胆丸 五灵脂为末，用狗胆汁和丸芡实大。每一丸，姜酒化下，不得漱口，急进白粥，不可太多。治男
妇连日吐血不止。
单京墨丸 京墨二两，为末，用鸡子白三个和丸梧子大。每十丸，生地黄汁下，治吐血、衄血。一方用乌
鸡子白以手磨千百次，自然化成水，入人参末二钱，调匀五更服，服时不得语，仰啜自然，觉心肺俱凉，满口津
液而吐咯血止。
衄血解郁，天地茜梅莎芎；
解郁汤 柴胡、黄连、黄芩、黄 、地骨皮、生地、熟地、白芍各等分，水煎服。
古天地胶 天门冬一斤，熟地黄八两，蜜丸酒下，治咳血，又可辟谷。或用生地、麦门冬等分，水煎服，治
吐衄诸药不止。
茜梅丸 茜草根、艾叶各一两，乌梅肉五钱，为末，蜜丸梧子大。每三十丸，乌梅煎汤下。治衄血无时。
古莎芎散 香附四两，川芎二两，为末。每二钱，茶清下。盖香附开郁行气，使邪火散于经络，川芎和血
通肝，使血归于肝脏，血归火散，其血立止。
咯血保命，圣饼玄霜丹术。
保命散 生地、熟地、枸杞子、地骨皮、天门冬、黄 、白芍、黄芩、甘草各一钱，水煎服。治诸见血无
寒。如脉微身凉，加官桂五分。
圣饼子 杏仁四十粒研细，用黄蜡炒黄色，入青黛一钱，捏作饼子，用时以柿子一枚破开，以饼置其中
合定，湿纸包煨研水服。治咯血。
玄霜膏 乌梅汁、梨汁、柿霜、白糖、白蜜、萝卜汁各四两，姜汁一两，茯苓末八两，用乳汁浸晒九次，款
冬花、紫菀各末二两，共入砂锅内慢火熬成膏，丸如弹子大，临卧含化一丸。治吐血虚嗽神效。
又方 款冬花、枸杞子、五味子、山药各一两五钱，萝卜子一合半，苏木、归尾各七钱，为末，梨汁、
藕汁、竹沥、姜汁、人乳各半碗，共入罐内，槐枝搅匀，皮纸封固，文武火 三炷安息香久，取出，埋土中一
夜去火毒，每噙化一二茶匙。治痰火痨嗽，失血气喘等证。
加减逍遥散 牡丹皮、白术各一钱半，当归、芍药、桃仁、贝母各一钱，山栀，黄芩各八分，桔梗七分，
青皮五分，甘草三分，水煎服。治痰中见血。
血后倦弱，扶脾生脉大阿胶；
扶脾生脉散 人参、当归、白芍各一钱，紫菀、黄 各二钱，麦门冬、五味、甘草各五分，食后水煎温服。
治见血后脾胃虚弱，气喘精神短少，衄血、吐血不止。一方又名黄 补血汤。
大阿胶丸 麦门冬、茯神、柏子仁、百部、杜仲、丹参、贝母、防风各五钱，远志、人参各二钱半，茯苓、
山药、熟地、阿胶、五味子各一两，为末，蜜丸弹子大，每一丸水煎和渣服。治肺虚客热，咳嗽咽干多涎，或见
鲜血及劳伤肺胃，思虑伤心，吐血呕血。
血止除根，润肺门冬女贞肉。
天门冬丸 天门冬一两，甘草、白茯、阿胶、贝母、杏仁各五钱，为末，蜜丸梧子大，时时含化十丸。治
吐血、咯血，大能润肺止嗽。
女贞剪红丸 冬青子肉二斤，红花三两，为末炼蜜丸，食后服。热重加天花粉、山栀各二两，或用二味煎汤
下，止血断根，兼治妇人闭经、逆经、血疾。
溺血鹿胶没药治虚寒，
鹿角胶丸 鹿角胶五钱，没药、发灰各三钱，为末，用茅根汁打糊丸梧子大，每五十丸盐汤下。治房劳小便
尿血。
便血浓朴榆砂取效速。
浓朴煎 浓朴、生姜各五两，同捣烂炒黄，白术、神曲、麦芽、五味各一两，同炒黄为末，水糊丸梧子大。
疾作时空心米饮下百丸，平时只服五十丸，治诸下血五痔。盖脾胃本无血，缘气虚肠薄，自荣卫渗入而下，故用
浓朴浓肠胃，麦芽消酒食，白术导水，血自不作，是亦以脾胃为主也，故服之多取奇效。
榆砂汤 地榆四钱，砂仁七枚，生甘草一钱半，炙甘草一钱，水煎温服，治结阴便血不止，渐而极多者宜
服。
治便血赤楞方 用黑豆一升，炒焦为末，入好酒一旋，去豆末，饮酒神效。
脏毒苍地卷柏连壳兮，脏头参丸可吞；
苍地丸 苍术、陈皮各三两，黄柏、黄连各一两半，连翘、黄芩各一两，为末，生地六两捣膏，为丸梧子
大。每五七十丸，白汤下。治热毒下血。
古卷柏散 卷柏叶焙干、黄 各一两，为末，每二钱，米饮调服。治脏毒神效。
白柏丸 白术五钱，黄柏、生地、白芍、黄芩、地榆、香附各二钱，为末，蒸饼为丸服。治湿热下血。
酒蒸黄连丸 黄连净锉一斤，用好酒四盏，浸瓦器中，置甑上累蒸至烂，取出晒干为末，水丸梧子大。每
五十丸，温水下。治酒毒积热下血，肛门作热，又浓肠胃。
黄连丸 黄连，黄柏、浓朴、当归、干姜、木香、地榆、阿胶，为末，蜜丸梧子大。白汤下
二十丸，治下焦便血。
古连壳丸 黄连、枳壳各二两，用槐花炒过，去槐花为末，蒸饼为丸。治内伤经络下血，用此以解络
脉之结。
脏头丸 槐子一两，牙皂七分，黄连四两，糯米一升，为末，用雄猪大肠一条，去油洗净，将前药入内，
两头扎住，砂锅内煮烂捣丸梧子大，每六七十丸米饮下。治肠风下血脱肛。
苦参丸 苦参半斤，槐角六两，女贞实四两，归尾二两，为末，用大猪肠三尺，入药在内，两头扎住，
烂，同枯矾末四两，捣丸梧子大。每三十丸米饮下，忌椒醋。治肠风下血及久年痔漏。
肠虚龟樗矾附乌荆兮，肠风黑散急服。
活龟丸 江湖大乌龟一个，先用柴火烧热地，以罩盖龟，地热逼出臭屁，待屁尽，以秆绳都身包缚，外用
黄泥封固，灰火中煨熟捞起，剥净取肉，研如泥，其壳用牛骨髓涂炙五七次，沁透酥干为末，又用黄连一两，
九蒸九晒，归尾三钱三分，为末，和前龟肉捣丸梧子大。每四五十丸，白汤下。大能扶衰益弱，补阴壮阳，
又治肠风痔漏。
龟柏丸 龟版二两，侧柏叶一两半，芍药一两半，椿根皮七钱半，升麻、香附各五钱，为末粥丸，四物
汤加白术、黄连、陈皮、甘草、生姜煎汤送下。治便血久而致虚，腰脚软痛及麻风疮痒见血。
古樗参散 樗根白皮、人参各二两，为末。每二钱，空心温酒米饮任下，忌一切毒物。治大肠风虚，饮酒、
饮食过度，挟热毒下利脓血，大肠连肛门痛不可任，多日不瘥。
矾附丹 青矾四两，用瓦罐盛火 食顷，候冷入盐一合，硫黄一两，再 食顷，候冷取出入附子一两，为
末，粟米粥丸梧子大，每三十丸空心生地汁下。治阳虚肠风下血，当日立止，一月除根，久服助下元，除风气，
益脏腑。
古乌荆丸 川乌一两，荆芥穗二两，为末，醋煮面糊为丸梧子大。每服二十丸，温酒或热水下，有疾时，
食空日三四服；无疾者，只早一服。治肠风脏毒，下血不止，诸风挛搐，顽麻瘙痒及妇人血风头风眩晕等证，
久服悦颜色，黑须发。
肠风黑散 童男发，槐花、槐角、 皮各一两，荆芥二两，同入罐内，盐泥固济烧存性，出火毒，再入炙
甘草三分，炒枳壳二两，每三钱，空心水煎服。治肠风下血及粪前后。
剪红香梅虚漏医，
剪红丸 侧柏叶、鹿茸、附子、续断、黄 、阿胶、枯矾各五钱， 当归一两，为末，醋糊丸梧子大。每七
十丸，空心米饮下。治脏腑虚寒，下血不止，面色痿黄，日久羸瘦。东垣谓劳损宜温，此方之义，非温寒之说
也。
香梅丸 乌梅、百药煎俱烧存性，香白芷各等分为末，糊丸梧子大，每三五十丸米饮下。治肠风脏毒及
崩漏等疾，或去白芷。
结阴升阳血箭束。
结阴丹 枳壳、威灵仙、黄 、陈皮、椿根皮、何首乌、荆芥各五钱，为末，酒糊丸梧子大。每服七十丸，陈
米饮入醋少许下，治结阴肠风，脏毒下血。
升阳除湿和血汤 生地、牡丹皮、生甘草各五钱，炙甘草、黄 各一钱，当、熟地、苍术、秦艽、肉桂各
三分，陈皮、升麻各七分，白芍一钱半，水煎空心热服，治血箭湿毒。
噫！病情好补而怕攻，药热兴阳而助欲，丹溪滋降法至今无人知，东垣阴火论从古宜细读。
诸病所以寻痰者，痰因火动，百病非相火盛则真火衰；痰火所以生异证者，痰因气逆，百病非邪有余则正
气乏。治本化痰清气，抑上温中润下尽平和；
化痰丸 半夏、南星、生姜、白矾、皂角各四两，同入砂锅内水煮南星无白点为度，去皂角不用，入青皮、
陈皮，干葛、苏子、神曲、麦冬、山楂、萝卜子、香附、杏仁各一两（一方加枳实、茯苓），为末，姜汁浸，
蒸饼
丸梧子大。每五七十丸，食后临卧茶酒任下。快脾顺气，化痰消食。
清气化痰丸 半夏二两，陈皮、茯苓各一两半，薄荷、荆芥各五钱，黄芩、连翘、山栀、桔梗、甘草各一
两（如肠胃干燥，加大黄、芒硝），为末，姜汁糊丸梧子大。每五十丸，姜汤下。治痰因火动，胸膈痞满，
头目昏眩，故用二陈汤豁痰利气，合凉膈散降火，清头目而散风热也。
Semen Prunus Persicae (Yuli Ren), added with Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Danggui), Rhizoma Coptidis (Huanglian), Cortex Phellodendri (Huangbai), Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae (Chenpi), Rhizoma Sparganii (Sanleng), Rhizoma Curcumae Longae (Ezhu), Radix et Rhizoma Rhei (Dahuang), Semen Sisymbrii Irini (Qianniu), made into pills with paste and taken. Treats deafness due to damp-heat and phlegm-damp with excess qi, also treats various qi stagnations and accumulations, abdominal distension, and dysentery.
Shenbao Wan: Treats all kinds of pain.
Formula: Seven Scorpion (Quanxie), ten parts of Ba Dou Frost (Bashuang), two qian and a half each of Radix Aucklandiae (Muxiang) and Fructus Piperis Nigris (Hujiao), ground into powder, made into pills the size of hemp seeds using steamed dough balls. Coated with Cinnabar (Zhusha). Take five to seven pills per dose. For heart and diaphragm pain, take with decoction of Calyx Diospyros Kaki (Shidi) and Herba Centaurii (Dengxin); for abdominal pain, take with decoction of Calyx Diospyros Kaki (Shidi) and baked Ginger (Weijiang); for blood stasis pain, take with decoction of fried ginger and vinegar; for severe lung qi stagnation, take with decoction of Alum (Baifan) and Powdered Concha Tridacnidae (Gafen) two qian each, and Minium (Hongdan) one qian, ground together, along with decoction of Cortex Moraceae (Sangbapi) and glutinous rice drink; for slight wheezing, take only with decoction of Cortex Moraceae (Sangbapi) and glutinous rice drink; if hypochondriac pain is absent, take with wine of fried Fructus Foeniculi (Huixiang); for constipation, take with honey water mixed with one qian of Fructus Arecae (Binglang) powder; for qi obstruction, take with decoction of Radix Aucklandiae (Muxiang); for retained food not digesting, take with tea, wine, or any liquid as preferred. Treats various qi accumulation pains, radiating pain in the neck and back, unblocking and promoting zang-fu organs.
Xianchuan Yikuaiqi Wan: Treats accumulations.
Formula: Fructus Psoraleae (Buguzhi), Resina Drynariae (Ganxi), Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens (Ganjiang), Rhizoma Curcumae Longae (Jianghuang) are all stir-fried; Rhizoma Sparganii (Sanleng), Rhizoma Curcumae Longae (Ezhu), Radix Corydalis Yanhusuo (Yanhusuo), Radix Aucklandiae (Muxiang), Fructus Amomi (Sharen), Fructus Crataegi (Shijunzi), Faeces Trogopterori (Wulingzhi), Radix Ginseng (Renshen), Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae (Baizhu), Fructus Foeniculi (Huixiang), Fructus Arecae (Binglang), Semen Myristicae (Roudoukou), Flos Caryophylli (Dingxiang), Cortex Caryophylli (Dingpi), Poria (Fuling), Tapeworm (Leiwan), Radix et Rhizoma Rhei (Dahuang), Fructus Aurantii Immaturus (Zhiqiao), Fructus Crotonis Tiglii (Badou, stir-fried) each one qian and one fen; Semen Raphani (Luobozhi, stir-fried), Fructus Aurantii Immaturus (Qingpi), Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae (Chenpi) each five qian; one piece of Fructus Gleditsiae Sinensis (Zaojiao); five fen of Genkwa Flos (Yuanhua); Semen Sisymbrii Irini (Qianniu) and Fructus Hordei Germinatus (Dayamai) each stir-fried one liang. Ground into powder, made into pills the size of mung beans with vinegar paste. Take three to five pills up to ten pills per dose, with tea or wine as preferred. To remove accumulations, take fifteen pills with decoction of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae (Chenpi); if food injury, take with decoction of the injured food. Treats asthma, heart qi, diaphragm qi, hypochondriac qi, hernia qi, waist qi, gout (Hongkong foot), qi accumulation, miasma qi, also treats maladaptation to climate and diet, alcohol and food injury. Loss of appetite, bloody and purulent dysentery, women's dry blood qi, children's accumulation syndrome, long-term use is effective for consumption. Does not aid deficient yang, does not damage true qi, and can kill parasites.
Dan Furong San: Use leaves of Hibiscus mutabilis (Furongye), with flowers if available, with seeds if available. Pick one flower, pound into a thick paste, filter through well water to remove dregs, which is effective. Treats men without wives, women without husbands, desire stirring fire, leading to various epigastric pains, spontaneous sweating, red lips and cheeks, chaotic pulse.
Alas! Do not chop away primordial qi with anger and joy, nurture your nature to preserve merit; do not warm your intestines and stomach with cold and raw foods, this is the best strategy to protect your body.
Qi belongs to Yang and Blood belongs to Yin. Yang is often in excess while Yin is insufficient. With fire, blood must flow recklessly; with stagnation, blood coagulates and accumulates. For hematemesis due to heat, use Si Sheng Wan (Four Raw Decoction Pill) pounded for juice, Gardenia jasminoides (Shanzhi) and Hedyotis diffusa (Jisu Xi), ancient Gelian Wan (Ancient Kudzu-Coptis Pill) mixed with paste into pills the size of wutong seeds;
Si Sheng Wan: Fresh Mint (Sheng Bohe), Fresh Artemisia argyi Leaves (Sheng Aiye), Fresh Biota Tops (Sheng Baiye), and Fresh Rehmannia Root (Sheng Dihuang) in equal parts, finely pounded into pills the size of an egg. One pill per dose, decocted in water or dissolved in salt water. Treats hematemesis and epistaxis due to reckless bleeding from blood heat.
Shanzhi Dihuang Tang: Gardenia jasminoides (Shanzhi) one qian two fen, Rehmannia Root (Shengdi), Paeonia Lactiflora (Shaoyao), Anemarrhena Rhizome (Zhimu), Fritillaria Bulb (Beimu), Trichosanthes Seed (Gualouren) each one qian; Hyacinth Bean Sprout (Tianhuafen), Moutan Bark (Mudanpi), Ophiopogon Tuber (Maimendong), decocted in water. Treats phlegm-heat accumulation, phlegm first then blood.
Jisu San: Fresh Mint (Bohe), Astragalus Root (Huangqi), Rehmannia Root (Shengdi), Donkey-hide Gelatin (Ejiao), Fritillaria Bulb (Beimu), Imperata Rhizome (Baimaogen) each five fen; Platycodon Root (Jiegeng), Ophiopogon Tuber (Maimendong), Licorice Root (Gancao) each two qian and a half, decocted with ginger. Treats lung meridian injury from overwork, blood in saliva, throat discomfort.
Longnao Jisu Wan: Fresh Mint one jin, Ophiopogon Tuber four liang, Pollen Typhae (Puhuang), Donkey-hide Gelatin (Ejiao) each two liang, Licorice Root (Gancao) one and a half liang, Radix Ginseng (Renshen), Astragalus Root (Huangqi) each one liang, ground into powder; Bupleurum Root (Yin Chaihu), Akebia Caulis (Mutong) each two liang, soaked in half a bowl of water for two nights to extract juice. Two jin of honey, boiled once or twice, add six liang of Rehmannia Root powder, mix evenly, add Akebia and Bupleurum juice, simmer slowly into a paste. Then mix with previous powders to make pills the size of peas. Twenty pills per dose, chewed and swallowed with cooked water. For deficiency-cold, vexation, thirst, palpitations, take with Radix Ginseng decoction; for coughing blood, nosebleeds, lower bleeding, take with Ophiopogon decoction; for bloody strangury, take with Imperata Flower decoction mixed with Soot of Bamboo (Baicaoshuang) powder; for various stranguries, take with Plantago Seed (Cheqianzi) decoction. Treats internal郁 heat, vexation, thirst, cools upper jiao, resolves alcohol toxicity and various blood disorders causing chills and fever, palpitations, fatigue, cough, various stranguries, stomach heat bad breath, lung heat fishy throat smell, spleen jaundice sweet taste, gallbladder jaundice bitter taste, all treated. Another formula removes Ophiopogon, Ginseng, Gelatin, Pollen Typhae, Akebia, Bupleurum, adds Schizonepeta (Jingjie), Saposhnikovia (Fangfeng), Chrysanthemum (Juhua), Borneol (Piannao), Ligusticum Rhizome (Chuanxiong), Platycodon Root (Jiegeng), honey pills, taken with Ophiopogon decoction.
Gelian Wan: Kudzu Flower (Ge Hua), Rhizoma Coptidis (Huanglian) each four liang, ground into powder, made into pills the size of wutong seeds using Rhizoma Rhei (Dahuang) powder paste. One hundred pills per dose with warm water, or decocted. Treats excessive drinking, heat accumulating in chest and diaphragm, leading to hematemesis and epistaxis.
