Taiyang disease (disease of the Taiyang channel) causes stagnation and obstruction in the chest and heart, with phlegm-fluids remaining in the body and failing to dissipate. This results in a sensation of fullness and stuffiness in the heart and abdomen, and reduced appetite. Wind-heat pathogens contend with each other, leading to dizziness, vertigo, and headache. The Qi mechanism of the Upper Jiao (Upper Burner) is obstructed, causing nausea and vomiting upon seeing food. This condition arises from deficiency of Stomach Qi, which fails to properly transform and transport water and grain. The fluids become blocked and cannot circulate; water-fluids accumulate in the chest and heart, forming phlegm-stagnation.
Formulas:
Qianhu San (Antenol Decoction Powder), sourced from *Shenghui Fang*, treats stabbing pain in the chest and diaphragm due to Taiyang disease and phlegm-stagnation, eliminating phlegm-induced stuffiness in the head and eyes.

Preparation and Administration: Coarsely crush the ingredients. Take 4 qian per dose. Add 1 zhongzhan (approx. 200ml) of water and 0.5 liang of Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens). Decoct until 0.6 portion remains. Strain. Take warm at any time.
