The manifestations of Wind-Strike of the Heart include excessive sweating and aversion to wind, irritability, and a tendency toward anger. The complexion is red. In severe cases, speech is not fluent. Diagnosis is observed at the mouth; the color is red. This indicates that the Heart has been invaded by Wind.
Wind.
Its syndrome... (Note: The original text here appears fragmented or incomplete). Because the Heart governs blood vessels, when Wind pathogen remains for a long time, it travels with Ying and Wei Qi, clashing internally and externally, accumulating to cause this condition. If the lips are purely red, it is still treatable; urgently moxa the Xinshu (BL15) acupoint one hundred times. Administer Xuming Tang (Cure-all Decoction). If the lips appear cyan, white, yellow, or black, this indicates that the Heart function has deteriorated. Those whose face and eyes twitch intermittently cannot be further treated and will die within five to six days.
