The so-called "Fengdu Luoli" (Wind-Toxin Scrofula) is formed by the stagnation of Wind-Evil Qi in the meridians, leading to obstruction and stasis, which then aggregates. This condition typically arises because the Zang-Fu organs inherently harbor Wind-Heat that fails to diffuse and circulate freely. Consequently, Evil Qi lodges in the muscles, contending with Blood and Qi, causing flow to stagnate and condense into Luoli (Scrofula).
