The Lord Leigong said: When ordinary people suddenly collapse and lose consciousness, with phlegm rattling in the mouth, people assume it is wind-stroke (Zhong Feng). Little do they know this is due to Qi deficiency. If treated as wind-stroke, death is inevitable. This occurs because of indulgence in sexual activity in daily life, leading to Essence depletion which causes Qi decline, compounded by careless living habits, resulting in sudden collapse that resembles being blown down by wind. The prescription used is Pei Qi Tang (Cultivate Qi Decoction): Ren Shen (Ginseng Radix) 1 liang, Bai Jie Zi (White Mustard Seed) 3 qian, Huang Qi (Astragalus Root) 1 liang, Bai Zhu (Atractylodes Rhizome) 1 liang, Fu Shen (Poria with Hostwood) 5 qian, Chang Pu (Acorus Rhizome) 2 qian, Fu Zi (Aconite Lateralis Radix Preparata) 1 qian, Ban Xia (Pinellia Tuber) 2 qian. Decoct in water and take orally. This formula tonifies Qi without treating wind, resolves phlegm without consuming Qi, and thus restores life. After one dose, the spirit stabilizes; after two doses, phlegm clears; after three doses, full recovery occurs.
When a person experiences sudden dizziness and fainting, with phlegm sounds like sawing, and lies unconscious, it resembles wind-stroke but is not true wind-stroke, and must not be treated as such. Although not treated as wind-stroke, it differs into Yin deficiency and Yang deficiency. In Yin deficiency, the Water of the Kidney is deficient and cannot ascend to communicate with the Heart. In Yang deficiency, the Fire of the Heart is deficient and cannot descend to communicate with the Kidney. Both conditions prevent the Heart Qi from remaining clear, often leading to sudden collapse. Furthermore, if Liver Qi is excessively dry and fails to generate the Heart's Fire, causing collapse, this is also Yin deficiency. If Stomach Qi is too hot and fails to calm the Heart's Fire, causing collapse, this is also Yang deficiency. By distinguishing these four patterns and treating them accordingly, rescuing the dying is not difficult. Although there are two patterns of Yin deficiency, there is only one method for treating Yin deficiency, named Zai Su Dan (Revive Emperor Pill). Shu Di Huang (Prepared Rehmannia Root) 2 liang, Shan Zhu Yu (Cornus Fruit) 1 liang, Yuan Shen (Scrophularia Root) 1 liang, Bai Jie Zi (White Mustard Seed) 3 qian, Chai Hu (Bupleurum Root) 1 qian, Chang Pu (Acorus Rhizome) 1 qian, Mai Dong (Ophiopogon Tuber) 1 liang, Bei Wu Wei Zi (Schisandra Berry) 1 qian, Fu Shen (Poria with Hostwood) 5 qian. Decoct in water and take orally. One dose brings consciousness; two doses restore voice; ten doses bring complete recovery. The wonder of this formula lies entirely in not treating wind-stroke, but rather greatly tonifying the Water of the Kidney, allowing True Water to generate rapidly and naturally connect with the Heart Qi. Especially wonderful is its nourishment of Lung Qi, which not only generates Kidney Water but also restrains Liver Wood, preventing it from attacking Spleen Earth. Thus, Spleen Earth functions normally, making the transformation of Essence easier. Meanwhile, Fu Shen and Chang Pu calm the Heart and open the orifices, Chai Hu soothes the Liver to generate Heart Qi, facilitating Bai Jie Zi's phlegm resolution and Yuan Shen's fire clearance, demonstrating profound utility.
Yang deficiency requires two formulas. One treats the deficiency of Heart Fire failing to descend to the Kidney, named Jiao Shen Quan Sheng Tang (Interact with Kidney Complete Life Decoction). Ren Shen (Ginseng Radix) 1 liang, Sheng Ban Xia (Raw Pinellia Tuber) 3 qian, Fu Zi (Aconite Lateralis Radix Preparata) 3 qian, Chang Pu (Acorus Rhizome) 1 qian, Fu Shen (Poria with Hostwood) 5 qian, Sheng Zao Ren (Raw Sour Jujube Seed) 1 liang, Bai Zhu (Atractylodes Rhizome) 1 liang, Gan Cao (Licorice Root) 1 qian. Decoct in water and take orally. Phlegm clears and voice returns immediately upon swallowing; continuous doses ensure safety. The brilliance of this formula lies in the combination of Ren Shen, Bai Zhu, Fu Zi, and Ban Xia, directly tonifying Heart and Spleen Qi while dispelling phlegm. As Qi prospers, the Spirit returns easily; as Yang generates, phlegm transforms easily. Particularly ingenious is the use of 1 liang of raw Zao Ren, clearing the Heart without chaos, aided by Chang Pu and Fu Shen opening orifices and calming the Heart, and Gan Cao harmonizing the Middle and regulating Qi, transforming fatal signs into life. The other formula is named Yi Huo An Xin Dan (Suppress Fire Calm Heart Pill), treating symptoms of Stomach heat failing to calm Fire. Ren Shen (Ginseng Radix) 1 liang, Shi Gao (Gypsum Fibrosum) 5 qian, Tian Hua Fen (Trichosanthes Root) 5 qian, Fu Shen (Poria with Hostwood) 1 liang, Chang Pu (Acorus Rhizome) 1 qian, Mai Dong (Ophiopogon Tuber) 3 qian, Yuan Shen (Scrophularia Root) 1 liang. Decoct in water and take orally. One dose calms the Heart; two doses extinguish fire; three doses cure the disease. Its妙处 (wonder) lies in using Shi Gao among Ren Shen and Fu Ling to tonify the Heart and drain Stomach fire, so fire dissipates easily without damaging Qi. Tian Hua Fen resolves phlegm, Chang Pu opens orifices, assisting appropriately to ensure stability. Regarding the above four patterns, differing in deficiency/excess and cold/heat, if thoroughly understood, clinical errors will be avoided.
There are also wind-stroke symptoms: thirst with desire to drink, red eyes, panting, a洪大 (Surging-Large) Heart pulse, inability to speak due to tongue stiffness. These must not be treated as Qi deficiency. Using Ren Shen and Huang Qi for Qi deficiency would lead far from survival. This is extreme Kidney deficiency unable to nourish the Heart, causing Heart Fire to hyperactivity and self-combustion, leading to confusion and collapse resembling wind-stroke. The method should be to greatly tonify Kidney Water, assisted by herbs that clear the Heart and dispel fire, ensuring Water suffices to control Fire. Use Shui Huo Liang Zhi Tang (Water and Fire Dual Treatment Decoction): Shu Di Huang (Prepared Rehmannia Root) 1 liang, Shan Zhu Yu (Cornus Fruit) 5 qian, Mai Dong (Ophiopogon Tuber) 1 liang, Wu Wei Zi (Schisandra Berry) 2 qian, Dang Gui (Angelica Sinensis Root) 1 liang, Sheng Di Huang (Rehmannia Root) 1 liang, Yuan Shen (Scrophularia Root) 1 liang, Fu Shen (Poria with Hostwood) 3 qian, Huang Lian (Coptis Rhizome) 2 qian, Bai Jie Zi (White Mustard Seed) 3 qian. Decoct in water and take orally. This formula tonifies the Kidney and Liver; when Liver and Kidney are sufficient, Heart Blood generates. Assisted by fire-dispelling agents, fire subsides, phlegm clears, panting stops, and tongue mobility returns, avoiding life-threatening danger.
Heart pain has two types: one caused by Cold invading the Heart, the other by Fire burning the Heart. In Cold invasion, hands and feet are warm; in Fire burning, hands and feet are cold; this distinction is most accurate. Although Cold and Heat pains differ, both can cause death. I transmit two formulas, one for Cold, one for Heat, both effective as an echo. For Cold pain, name San Han Zhi Tong Tang (Dispel Cold Stop Pain Decoction). Liang Jiang (Galangal Rhizome) 3 qian, Rou Gui (Cinnamon Bark) 1 qian, Bai Zhu (Atractylodes Rhizome) 3 qian, Gan Cao (Licorice Root) 1 qian, Cao Wu (Aconitum Carmichaelii Lateralis Radix Preparata) 1 qian, Cang Zhu (Atractylodes Lancea Rhizome) 3 qian, Guan Zhong (Cyathea Spinulosa Rhizome) 3 qian. Decoct in water and take orally. Its brilliance lies in using Guan Zhong to expel pathogens, Er Shu (Cang Zhu and Bai Zhu) to remove dampness. With pathogenic dampness removed, adding cold-dispelling agents strikes the root directly, removing disease swiftly. For Heat pain, name Xie Huo Zhi Tong Tang (Drain Fire Stop Pain Decoction). Chao Zhi Zi (Stir-fried Gardenia Fruit) 3 qian, Gan Cao (Licorice Root) 1 qian, Bai Shao (White Peony Root) 2 liang, Ban Xia (Pinellia Tuber) 1 qian, Chai Hu (Bupleurum Root) 1 qian. Decoct in water and take orally. Its brilliance lies in using large amounts of Bai Shao to drain Fire within Water, Zhi Zi to directly reduce heat, Chai Hu to scatter pathogens, Ban Xia to resolve phlegm, and Gan Cao to harmonize the Middle. Used appropriately, it achieves miraculous results. Both formulas work in one dose, capable of rescuing the dying.
Hypochondriac pain is a Liver disease. The Liver prefers smooth flow over stagnation; stagnation causes pain, and unrelenting pain leads to death. Therefore, treating hypochondriac pain requires soothing the Liver, which necessitates tonifying the Kidney. When Kidney Water is sufficient, Liver Qi is nourished, and hypochondriac pain resolves spontaneously without direct treatment. Use Gan Shen Jian Zi Tang (Liver-Kidney Mutual Support Decoction): Shu Di Huang (Prepared Rehmannia Root) 1 liang, Bai Shao (White Peony Root) 2 liang, Dang Gui (Angelica Sinensis Root) 1 liang, Bai Jie Zi (White Mustard Seed) 3 qian, Chao Zhi Zi (Stir-fried Gardenia Fruit) 1 qian, Shan Zhu Yu (Cornus Fruit) 5 qian, Gan Cao (Licorice Root) 3 qian. Decoct in water and take orally. This formula uses Liver tonification as the Sovereign herb, Kidney tonification as the Assistant, with slight additions of fire-clearing and phlegm-resolving agents, ensuring efficacy with one dose stopping pain.
The most acute abdominal pain is Jiao Chang Sha (Intestinal Colic). People fear using "official materials" (toxic/potent drugs), not knowing medicine cures disease, so why fear potent ingredients? I have a superb formula using no toxic ingredients, yet ten times more powerful. Use Ma Fen (Horse Dung) 1 liang, stir-fried until black, mixed with a pinch of Huang Tu (Yellow Earth), slightly fried, taken with 5 qian of Huang Jiu (Yellow Wine) while hot. One dose eliminates pain. Horse dung excels at stopping pain, especially for abdominal pain. Yellow earth is used because horse dung acts too rapidly; earth slows it slightly, and since yellow earth shares affinity with Spleen Earth, it guides the medicine to the lesion, aiding efficacy. Yellow wine assists penetration, inducing vomiting or diarrhea, unblocking Qi and stopping pain.
Yin-Yang Collapse Syndrome results from excessive sexual indulgence, leading to excitement and eventual Essence depletion beyond control. Delayed treatment leads to Essence exhaustion and Qi scattering, causing death. Since the syndrome involves Essence loss, tonifying Essence is appropriate, but Essence cannot regenerate quickly. At this moment, Essence is exhausted, leaving only Qi, which is also weak. Urgent Qi tonification is needed to generate Yuan Yang and grow True Water. Use Sheng Qi Jiu Tuo Tang (Generate Qi Rescue Collapse Decoction): Ren Shen (Ginseng Radix) 3 liang, Fu Zi (Aconite Lateralis Radix Preparata) 1 qian, Huang Qi (Astragalus Root) 3 liang, Shu Di Huang (Prepared Rehmannia Root) 1 liang, Mai Dong (Ophiopogon Tuber) 1 liang, Bei Wu Wei Zi (Schisandra Berry) 1 qian. Decoct in water and take orally. This formula heavily uses Ren Shen and Huang Qi to tonify Yuan Yang in the realm of non-being, adds Shu Di Huang and Mai Dong to generate Essence, Wu Wei Zi to stop leakage, and Fu Zi to warm meridians and circulate. Thus, Qi prospers, Spirit is whole, Essence generates, and the body strengthens. Tonifying only Essence without Qi leads away from survival.
Some people faint suddenly during urination due to Yin-Yang Qi collapse, often caused by excessive sexual indulgence. Death usually occurs during sexual activity due to vigorous ejaculation and intense pleasure. Death occurring outside sexual context happens when ejaculation was incomplete, combined with chronic Kidney Qi depletion and weak Kidney Fire. After ejaculation, extreme deficiency causes Qi to vanish with urine. Though different, the essence is the same. Treatment varies slightly: for death during sex, Gui Zhi (Cinnamon Twig) and Fu Zi need not be heavy; for death during urination, Gui Zhi and Fu Zi must be increased significantly. Ren Shen should be 2-3 liang for both. I have a formula named Feng Sheng Dan (Meet Life Pill): Ren Shen (Ginseng Radix) 2 liang, Fu Zi (Aconite Lateralis Radix Preparata) 2 qian, Bai Zhu (Atractylodes Rhizome) 1 liang, Chang Pu (Acorus Rhizome) 1 qian, Ban Xia (Pinellia Tuber) 1 qian, Sheng Zao Ren (Raw Sour Jujube Seed) 1 liang. Decoct in water and take orally. Its brilliance lies in Ren Shen urgently saving Qi, Fu Zi retrieving scattered Qi, Chang Pu opening orifices to restore consciousness, Ban Xia resolving phlegm and expelling pathogens, Bai Zhu benefiting the waist/navel to secure Kidney Qi, and Zao Ren calming the Soul and purifying the Heart Spirit, ensuring survival from despair. This formula treats both Yin and Yang collapse effectively.
Palpitations involve restlessness, vague spirit, and incessant fright, indicating Liver-Kidney deficiency and weak Heart Qi. Treating as phlegm often kills. Kidney deficiency prevents Heart Qi communication; Heart deficiency exhausts Liver Qi. Attacking phlegm instead of tonifying deficiency leads to rapid death. I have a formula named Ning Jing Tang (Calm Peace Decoction): Ren Shen (Ginseng Radix) 1 liang, Bai Zhu (Atractylodes Rhizome) 5 qian, Bai Shao (White Peony Root) 1 liang, Shu Di Huang (Prepared Rehmannia Root) 1 liang, Yuan Shen (Scrophularia Root) 1 liang, Sheng Zao Ren (Raw Sour Jujube Seed) 5 qian, Bai Jie Zi (White Mustard Seed) 3 qian, Mai Dong (Ophiopogon Tuber) 5 qian. Decoct in water and take orally. This formula tonifies Heart, Liver, and Kidney simultaneously across three meridians, allowing Yin-Yang Qi to interact and support each other, stabilizing palpitations and eliminating fright. Improper treatment often leads to crisis. This syndrome arises from ejaculation combined with anger and sexual indiscretion. One might think to treat the Kidney primarily, but tonifying the Kidney worsens palpitations because anger causes Liver Qi to surge. Tonifying the Kidney further strengthens Liver Qi, increasing Heart Fire. Should the Heart not be tonified? Without tonification, Fire does not subside. Tonifying the Heart while adding fire-draining herbs ensures survival. Use Hua Chong Dan (Transform Palpitations Pill): Ren Shen (Ginseng Radix) 2 qian, Mai Dong (Ophiopogon Tuber) 5 qian, Sheng Zao Ren (Raw Sour Jujube Seed) 2 qian, Bai Shao (White Peony Root) 5 qian, Yuan Shen (Scrophularia Root) 5 qian, Fu Shen (Poria with Hostwood) 5 qian, Huang Lian (Coptis Rhizome) 1 qian, Bai Jie Zi (White Mustard Seed) 1 qian, Gan Cao (Licorice Root) 5 fen. Decoct in water and take orally. Its brilliance lies in draining Heart Fire to calm Heart Qi, tonifying Liver to pacify it (which pacifies the Heart), and tonifying Lung to restrain Liver hyperactivity. Proper regulation nourishes Heart Qi, ensuring complete recovery.
Consumption disease (Lao Bing) is hardest to treat due to "Lao Chong" (Consumption Worms) and corpse qi. Long-term infection produces worms that erode organs, often incurable, spreading through families. I have a miraculous formula for long-term use to eliminate this, named Jiu Lao Sha Chong Wan (Save Consumption Kill Worms Pill). Bie Jia (Tartaric Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum) 1 jin, vinegar-fried; Fu Ling (Poria) 5 liang; Shan Yao (Dioscorea Rhizome) 1 jin; Shu Di Huang (Prepared Rehmannia Root) 1 jin; Bai Wei (Cynanchum Atratum Root) 5 liang; Sha Shen (Glehnia or Adenophora Root) 1 jin; Di Gu Pi (Lycium Cortex) 1 jin; Ren Shen (Ginseng Radix) 2 liang; Shan Zhu Yu (Cornus Fruit) 1 jin; Bai Jie Zi (White Mustard Seed) 5 liang; Man Yu (Eel Meat) 1 jin, cooked. Mash eel meat, grind herbs to powder, form pills with rice paste. Take 1 liang at dawn daily. Half the course turns worms to water. This formula greatly tonifies True Yin without harming Qi, using attack within tonification, dissolving worms invisibly, truly a divine formula for consumption.
Soul Departure Syndrome involves the Soul leaving the body, feeling an external self, a pre-death state. However, the Soul is not far, offering a chance for return as Yin-Yang are not severed. Urgently use Ding Hun Quan Ti Dan (Settle Soul Whole Body Pill): Ren Shen (Ginseng Radix) 1 liang, Fu Shen (Poria with Hostwood) 5 qian, Bai Zi Ren (Biota Seed) 3 qian, Sheng Zao Ren (Raw Sour Jujube Seed) 1 liang, Yuan Zhi (Polygala Root) 1 qian, Bai Jie Zi (White Mustard Seed) 3 qian, Dan Sha (Cinnabar) 1 qian, Dang Gui (Angelica Sinensis Root) 1 liang, Bai Zhu (Atractylodes Rhizome) 1 liang, Gan Cao (Licorice Root) 1 qian, Mai Dong (Ophiopogon Tuber) 5 qian, Long Chi (Dragon Tooth/Fossilized Teeth) 5 fen. Decoct in water and take orally. This formula saves Heart Qi deficiency; when Heart Qi is sufficient, the Soul settles. It includes herbs guiding the Soul back within tonification, showing effect in one dose.
Regurgitation (Fan Wei) includes immediate expulsion after eating, due to Kidney Water deficiency failing to moisten the throat, causing dryness and expulsion. Or delayed expulsion, due to Kidney Fire deficiency failing to warm the Spleen, causing Spleen Cold and regurgitation. Treatment must focus on the Kidney, distinguishing presence or absence of Fire to transform fatal cases. The best approach uses Zhang Zhongjing's Di Huang Tang (Rehmannia Decoction). For no-fire cases, add Fu Zi and Rou Gui for immediate effect. Some fail because of incorrect application, not the formula's lack of power. I prescribe two formulas: one for no-fire regurgitation: Shu Di Huang (Prepared Rehmannia Root) 2 liang, Shan Zhu Yu (Cornus Fruit) 1 liang, Fu Zi (Aconite Lateralis Radix Preparata) 3 qian, Fu Ling (Poria) 3 qian, Ze Xie (Alisma Rhizome) 3 qian, Mu Dan Pi (Moutan Cortex) 3 qian, Rou Gui (Cinnamon Bark) 3 qian, Shan Yao (Dioscorea Rhizome) 6 qian. Decoct in water and take orally. One for fire-case: Shu Di Huang (Prepared Rehmannia Root) 2 liang, Shan Zhu Yu (Cornus Fruit) 5 qian, Shan Yao (Dioscorea Rhizome) 1 liang, Ze Xie (Alisma Rhizome) 3 qian, Mu Dan Pi (Moutan Cortex) 3 qian, Fu Ling (Poria) 5 qian, Mai Dong (Ophiopogon Tuber) 5 qian, Bei Wu Wei Zi (Schisandra Berry) 2 qian. Decoct in water and take orally. Adjustments yield miraculous results.
Although regurgitation isn't instantly fatal, improper treatment leads to death. It is mostly Kidney deficiency without Fire, causing food eaten today to vomit tomorrow, as described in Nei Jing ("food enters then exits"). Vomiting seems like a Stomach disease, but the Stomach is the Gatekeeper of the Kidney; Kidney disease affects the Stomach. Food entering the Stomach needs Kidney Water to assist, and patent passages in the throat to transport upward and digest downward. Without Kidney Fire, there is no fuel under the pot to steam and rot food. Kidney Cold causes Spleen Cold; Spleen Cold fails to transform, surging up to the Stomach, which rejects it, causing vomiting. Use Ding Wei Tang (Stabilize Stomach Decoction): Shu Di Huang (Prepared Rehmannia Root) 3 liang, Shan Zhu Yu (Cornus Fruit) 2 liang, Rou Gui (Cinnamon Bark) 3 qian, Fu Ling (Poria) 3 qian. Decoct in water and take orally. One dose stops vomiting; ten doses cure. This treats evening intake/morning vomiting. If immediate vomiting occurs, avoid Rou Gui; add Mai Dong 1 liang and Bei Wu Wei Zi 1 qian for similar efficacy. Both formulas tonify Kidney Water and Fire without directly treating the Stomach, surpassing direct Stomach treatment.
Blood loss manifests from mouth/nose, nine orifices, or skin pores. Though varied, one formula governs all: Shou Xue Tang (Collect Blood Decoction). Shu Di Huang (Prepared Rehmannia Root) 2 liang, Sheng Di Huang (Rehmannia Root) 1 liang, Jing Jie (Schizonepeta Spike) 1 qian, San Qi (Notoginseng Root) powder 3 qian, Dang Gui (Angelica Sinensis Root) 1 liang, Huang Qi (Astragalus Root) 1 liang. Decoct in water and take orally. This formula tonifies Blood while also tonifying Qi; stops bleeding while guiding herbs to meridians. Once blood returns to meridions and Qi generates Blood, Fire does not boil chaotically, ensuring harmony. Thus, it is effective for all symptoms.
Epilepsy often stems from Qi deficiency with phlegm, collapsing suddenly like a storm, foaming at the mouth, making animal sounds. Different presentations require correct treatment to avoid death. I leave a formula named Qu Tan Ding Dian Tang (Remove Phlegm Settle Epilepsy Decoction): Ren Shen (Ginseng Radix) 3 qian, Bai Zhu (Atractylodes Rhizome) 5 qian, Bai Shao (White Peony Root) 5 qian, Fu Shen (Poria with Hostwood) 3 qian, Gan Cao (Licorice Root) 1 qian, Fu Zi (Aconite Lateralis Radix Preparata) 1 slice, Ban Xia (Pinellia Tuber) 3 qian, Chen Pi (Citrus Reticulata Pericarpium) 1 qian, Chang Pu (Acorus Rhizome) 1 qian. Decoct in water and take orally. Ren Shen, Bai Zhu, Fu Shen, Bai Shao are sage herbs for strengthening Spleen and soothing Liver. Chen Pi, Ban Xia, Gan Cao resolve phlegm and harmonize the Middle. The brilliance lies in using Fu Zi and Chang Pu to awaken the confused Heart, guiding herbs into Heart orifices. Clear Heart disperses phlegm and removes epilepsy without consuming Qi or opening orifices destructively, avoiding death.
Striking evil or encountering ghosts indicates declining Yang Qi. If Yang Qi is strong, Yin pathogens and ghosts cannot invade. Only when Yang Qi is weak do Yin ghosts attack. Treatment must tonify Righteous Qi. Merely treating phlegm to expel pathogens without vigorously tonifying Yuan Yang increases deficiency and allows pathogens to linger, accelerating death. I transmit a formula named Fu Zheng Bi Xie Dan (Support Righteous Expel Evil Pill): Ren Shen (Ginseng Radix) 1 liang, Dang Gui (Angelica Sinensis Root) 1 liang, Fu Ling (Poria) 5 qian, Bai Zhu (Atractylodes Rhizome) 2 liang, Chang Pu (Acorus Rhizome) 1 qian, Ban Xia (Pinellia Tuber) 3 qian, Bai Jie Zi (White Mustard Seed) 3 qian, Dan Shen (Salvia Miltiorrhiza Root) 5 qian, Zao Jiao Ci (Gleditsia Spine) 5 fen, Shan Yang Xue (Goat Blood) 5 fen, Fu Zi (Aconite Lateralis Radix Preparata) 1 qian. Decoct in water and take orally. Goat blood and Gleditsia spine are sage herbs for opening orifices; Ban Xia and Bai Jie Zi are divine agents for resolving phlegm. Without ample Ren Shen and tonics to restore Yang and Qi, rescue is impossible. Typically, ghosts depart after one dose, phlegm clears and health returns after two.
Zhong E (Sudden Malignancy/Poisoning) involves toxic vapors, often incurable. Examples include snake venom or insect toxins. Symptoms include abdominal distension, panting, skin cracking sensation, constipation, dark yellow urine, swollen painful genitals. These cases require detoxification; sudden tonification kills. I prescribe a miraculous formula, Jie E Shen Dan (Resolve Malignancy Divine Pill): Jin Yin Hua (Lonicera Flower) 3 liang, Sheng Gan Cao (Raw Licorice Root) 3 qian, Bai Fan (Alumen) 5 qian, Bai Zhi (Angelica Dahurica Root) 3 qian. Decoct in water and take orally. This formula resolves malignancy without damaging Qi, transforming poison invisibly. Generally, two doses ensure survival.
Dizziness seems minor but initiates major diseases. Sudden blindness and collapse are common. Early treatment is crucial. I transmit a miraculous formula named Fang Xuan Tang (Prevent Dizziness Decoction): Ren Shen (Ginseng Radix) 3 qian, Bai Zhu (Atractylodes Rhizome) 1 liang, Dang Gui (Angelica Sinensis Root) 1 liang, Shu Di Huang (Prepared Rehmannia Root) 1 liang, Chuan Xiong (Ligusticum Rhizome) 5 qian, Bai Shao (White Peony Root) 1 liang, Shan Zhu Yu (Cornus Fruit) 5 qian, Ban Xia (Pinellia Tuber) 3 qian, Tian Ma (Gastrodia Rhizome) 2 qian, Chen Pi (Citrus Reticulata Pericarpium) 5 fen. Decoct in water and take orally. This formula solely treats Qi and Blood...
